Doing so will keep the inside of your burger nice and juicy, since mixing in the salt just dries it all out. We have homemade burgers and fries almost every week. I have to say I have had soo many nice burgers in America a few i remember, Goodburger in NYC, Johnny Rockets, sliders (which is an american term and we had no idea hat it was first time we seen it) from McCormick an Shmidt (sp). My husband loves fat burgers, the bigger the better and loves Cheesecake Factory and a place in San Francisco that i think was called Wipeout at the Pier. All this talk of American restaurants is making me excited for our trip to Boston in September ;o)Dawn, UKnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28060897.post-74317214478294216612012-07-19T14:39:47.027-04:002012-07-19T14:39:47.027-04:00Speaking of burgers, the exec chef at McDonald'...Speaking of burgers, the exec chef at McDonald's revealed the ingredients in their secret sauce of the Big Mac.
