Four-ingredient Nutella brownies

This month, we're featuring Nutella recipes, and today Heather of Garland of Grace is showing us how to whip up a batch of Nutella brownies with just four ingredients...
Nutella Fudge Nut Brownies
By Heather Green of Garland of Grace

I don’t even know where to begin about these amazing - yet extremely easy - little brownie bites. From its simple set of steps to its yummy gooey inside, these are top of their business. If you can clear out just five minutes this week, you must give them a whirl. You will be thankful you did - and so will everyone else who eats them!

Recipe: Nutella Fudge Nut Brownies
Makes about 12 regular-sized or 18-20 mini-sized brownies

You'll need:
1 cup Nutella
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

What to do:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Nutella and eggs. Add the flour, and whisk until blended. Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin pan (about 1/2 full for regular pan and 3/4 full for mini pan) and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Bake 8-12 minutes, just until the tops have set and cracked around the edges. A toothpick in the center should come out wet and fudgy. (If it’s clean, the brownies will be too dry.) Set aside and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Remove brownies from the pan and let cool completely.
Thank you so much, Heather!

P.S. More best recipes, including s'mores fudge and chocolate mousse.

Uh oh, easy to make means terrible for my getting-ready-for-summer diet.

Just learning how to make those single-serving mug cakes basically killed my eating habits for a year.

YUM!!! Do you know how these would hold up with freezing? Thinking of making a batch of mini ones for an upcoming baby shower.

Do you think you could sub almond meal or coconut flour?

I dream of making these with sea salt and maybe some dark chocolate PB cups...

I am such a Nutella addict that I've resorted to eating it with a spoon directly out of the jar! This should help me switch it up a little. Excited for more recipes!

Can't wait to try these!!! Lately my husband and I have been making nutella mochas (melt nutella in with the shots) in the morning and nutella hot chocolate in the afternoon. They are life changing!

To be clear, is that self raising flour or plain flour? Would hate to get it wrong! :)

These were so easy and they turned out great. However, if you're looking for the rich Nutella flavor you get when, say, eating it by the spoonful over the sink, you should add some chocolate chips. The chocolate flavor is muted by adding flour. But still crowd pleasers.

I think these are missing an ingredient? I put everything together and it was really hard to mix! So I had to add a little almond milk...but good nonetheless!

I just made them today. They're gorgeous! I have to hide them from my husband now...
