I love all the swearing hostility with a smile. ;)
Ain't it the truth! A colleague from London visited this week and he said, "I stepped into the street, or what I thought was the street, and I was ankle deep in a puddle!" I just laughed and welcomed him to the snowy, slushy city.
New York. It's for the very young or the very rich. I love it.
I love this!! Thanks for sharing - love nyc but sometimes its a lot of crazy. whatsarahknows.com
haha! brilliant. i love the muted subway platform guy - this happens to me all the time!
This is so funny.... (coming from a NYer.)Jessicathe way to my Hart
The subway is so loud!! Lol
Great ad, could just as easily apply to London, except maybe more gentle eyebrow raises. You definitely wouldn't lay on the pavements, I mean sidewalks!
OMG!!!!!! This is totally hilarious!
As I consider moving to NYC...this is HILARIOUS. HA!
Hahaha!!! Loved it!
LOL ... I will always remember my first step into a deep puddle of slush in NYC ... It is something that I guess, stays with anyone who has done it. shudder ...... brrrrrr......
We were so happy to be back in New York in October. We love the energy of the city, it's such a refreshing change from Paris!xoxo PARIS BEE
ahahaha! This was indeed brilliant. I am still giggling. It's funny, because it's true. Although to be entirely honest, New York isn't always that bad. I have met some wonderful and polite strangers on the streets too. I love the diversity, the energy, that there is always something interesting to do and eat and how it changes image and character in almost every turn.
I suppose it's not really important since it's just a silly ad but it's glaringly homogenous! NY is more than just hip, middle class white kids with Liberal Arts degrees.
Haha, this is very much like London. I was walking down Oxford Street the other day surrounded by people amazed by the christmas decorations, when someone accidentally bumped into a guy.. and in retaliation he threw a pint of beer in his face and started shouting. Crazy!
Aw, this video made me miss living in New York. I live in LA now and all the terrible things that made me want to move out of NYC are what makes it special! (Although driving to Whole Foods/Trader Joe's and having a serene, Samuel L. Jackson-shopping-alongside-you-at-the-meat-counter grocery shopping experience and then putting everything in your car afterward are luxuries I'll never tire of!)
YES. this is gold
Ha! So true. Reminds me of this old one about Cleveland, which I still watch at least once a year because it doesn't get old for me! http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=oZzgAjjuqZM&desktop_uri=%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DoZzgAjjuqZM
Love it! Have some good ideas for a part 2, too...
I love this!! The part with the umbrella is too funny - I definitely remember inadvertently swiping a few people while walking down the street!- Leah @georgiapeachonmymind.com
Hahah, this cracked me up!
