Eiffel Tower scissors

My mom is visiting this weekend! It's so nice to have her here. Last night, we celebrated her arrival by ordering Mediterranean food and watching three episodes of House Hunters International, naturally. Two episodes were set in Paris, and it was cool to see inside some beautiful apartments, many with insane wallpaper. On that note, here's a lovely pair of Eiffel Tower scissors, which would be so pretty on a desk. Hope you're having a good morning. xo

P.S. Pregnancy in Paris, and why French kids eat everything.

My mom is visiting this weekend, too! It's her first time visiting me in Chicago. Last night, we went out for tapas and sangria, and tonight we are seeing The Book of Mormon! Moms are the best!

So cute! One of my favourite House Hunters International episodes is the one in Paris where the couple has like, a 4 million dollar budget or something. I mean, really- that's just awesome. And they turned down the apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower... they had a much stronger sense of priorities than I would've!

I love this! It's sweet that your mom and you are so close. I also loooove HH International - it is the ONLY thing about cable I miss (seriously, HGTV, why can't I just pay $15/month for your channel only?). Anyway, there was one where an American girl was looking with her mom in tow, and the ceiling in the kitchen was like 5' tall, and it was not cheap (by american standards; clearly by Parisian standards, it was)! It was both awful and awesome all at the same time.

I HAVE those scissors! I got them around Christmas 2012 in Typo, which is also owned by Cotton On. They're super sharp as well as looking super cute!
