Summer sandals

Since I'm almost seven months pregnant and can't wear regular clothes, I've been thinking a lot about shoes. They're one thing you can easily switch up and instantly feel pretty and current. Inspired by this photo of Annabel, I'm loving these similar wedges, which would be so cute for picnics and date nights. Nothing like a pair of tan wedges to make your legs look long and sexy, right?

P.S. My other favorite shoes.

Just scored a pair similar to these with a wrap-around panel around the ankle from Nordstrom Rack. I was so excited. They go with everything! Super stylish!

I have a pair just like these that I bought from Nine West about five years ago, and they are fantastic. They really go with everything and are so comfortable. I think a mid-heel, tan coloured pair of sandals are a wardrobe staple. :)

I've been checking out sandals recently, too. Nothing says spring like peeling off those ankle boots. But, doesn't one's feet grow as well as their belly when they are pregnant? I remember mine swelling up half a size when I was pregnant. Fortuntely, they're back to normal now!

I wore tan wedges while heavily pregnant last summer. They made me feel good and worked with stretchy T-shirt dresses (especially stripy ones)...
You might need someone to help paint your toenails though!

These wedges are super cute. The color is really practical, too. I love having a little height.

I'm impressed you can even dream about heels at seven months pregnant. I give up on them about the time the second line shows up on a pregnancy test.

I just got a pair of Saltwater sandals in the mail. These are way sexier, ha.

I would probably choose No. 6 wedges over these, same color, and so comfy and timeless.

Yes, those shoes she has on are to.die.for. Who'd have thought you could look that sexy all covered up?? But she pulls it off for sure!!

These look like they'd be a great addition to my summer shoe collection, which right now consists of mostly flip flops and one pair of black and tan wedges. So really...anything is a step up for me!

I like the shoes, but can't picture myself wearing them. Her outfit, oh her outfit... I need it!

Adore those sandals! And her jacket is pretty cute too. It's getting cold here in Melbourne, so sandals are off limits BUT I am going on holidays soon to Vancouver so surely these are a must have?

Ha! I tried to buy a pair of shoes in my last trimester and realized that my feet were a different size! I decided to wait until post-baby to shop for shoes AND eyeglasses...I just didn't feel quite like myself, ya know? ;)

When my kids were little and I lived in a climate similar to yours I lived in clogs. Easiest to put on.
Happy pregnancy to you :) I have not read your blog in awhile!

Mine swelled when pregnant and also grew about 1/4 size. I went from 5.5 pre-kids to between a 6-6.5 now after. Bought the cutest red wedges when about 1/2 thru my first pregnancy and now I can't wear them! :(

I think what is great about the ecco wedges you posted is that they have such a wide appeal - i'm in my 20s and love them, and my mom who is in her 50s loves them as well (she asked me where she could get them!!).

What about some sexy pj's... whenever I need some retail therapy but can't find just what I'm looking for or nothing is fitting right, I head to the pj section because you'll wear them every night and waking up feeling pretty is awesome.

That's why I love shoes, no matter what your size or shape, you can always find fabulous new shoes...and a wedge is always a good choice, you get the height but still comfortable!...Love that pair there!...xv

I'm almost 7 months pregnant too but I've been wanting to buy flats from tieks.com instead. I'm learning to live that heels and wedges might be in my past and flats are my future :) Cute wedges though!
