Sailor rope bracelet

Handcrafted in Rhode Island, this sailing bracelet is made for both men and women to wear. The anchor clasp is a sweet touch. Wouldn't you like to wear it with shorts and tees this summer?

    cute. reminds me of the rope bracelets I made as a child in camp. I'm not sure I'd wear one now though, as they seem childish to me, like a string friendship bracelet-- maybe because of my camp association. Also, I wouldn't purchase from KJP. I just find him pretentious. He has lovely things, but none of them are original (he even says himself, he copies from things he finds), and then he gets huffy when others have similar items. I just find him rather ridiculous. But, I do like the style and would buy similar things from others.

    @sarah

    Kiel James Patrick is no copy cat. People copy him. Kiel isn't rediculious maybe you should do further research before your make a statement to the public. Numerous company copy him and sell products that look identical.

    I've done my research. I've also lived in the New England sailing community my entire life and have have seen nearly identical clothing and accessories for 40 years. As I said, I like the style, I just find the company pretentious and rather unoriginal.

    Slightly less annoying (and cheaper) are the ones made by R&S Line and Anchor:

    http://www.robeandslippers.org/2012/06/brace-yourself.html

    He (they?) also makes them in crown sennit: a weird nautical braid that I haven't seen the big companies do.
