Have a great weekend!

What are you doing this weekend? We're going to scout out a grilled cheese truck and hit up an Easter egg hunt, but otherwise we're just lying low--or "knocking about," as Alex says. Sometimes the laziest weekends are the best, don't you think? Hope you have a good one (and Happy Easter and Passover), and here are a few fun posts from around the web...

A song to kick off your weekend.

Ombre chair.

Animal pizzas.

It's a bird...it's a plane...no, it's Ryan Gosling!

Now that's a pinata.

Tomboy Style is now an awesome book.

LOVE these neon sandals.

The evolution of cheerleaders.

Would you wear an orange wedding dress?

Three words I never thought I'd say together: Cool sandwich wraps.

Beautiful jewelry.

Well, hello.

Viking Wives made me laugh out loud. And this video, made to appeal to women, is hilarious. (Thanks, Jason)

For anyone in NYC, Sunday Suppers is back!

And thank you to Manhattan Magazine for featuring me in their article about 5 influential NYC bloggers. Very honored and excited.

  37. Milk Truck is often parked right by my apartment on the weekends!

My favorite truck is Mexicue. The food is delicious. If you ever try it, the burrito bullets and green chili mac & cheese are the way to go. (It is often parked in the Food Truck Court behind the World Financial Center.)

    Have a great weekend!

  45. Is the Jalouse video supposed to be a joke? Perhaps my sense of humor is off but I feel like it does little more than make young women look disgustingly vapid. As a strong, intelligent woman, who also enjoys fashion, I'm feeling a bit off-put by the whole thing.

Love the wedding dress. Gorgeous. Her bridesmaids outfits on the other hand, I do not care for. I love the idea, but they just didn't work well on all of the women and being able to see where the tops were tucked in really bothered me. Better to do a one piece dress, in such thin silky fabric. The bride was beyond gorgeous though. Perfect dress, perfect color, perfect hair and makeup. Love!
    Happy easter.

  55. If I were as pretty as that bride, I'd wear an orange wedding dress! In New Mexico, piñatas are so common we often go a little overboard to make them unique. We can find a piñata to whack every weekend if we wanted, but, alas, my scale would disagree with that choice!

  70. I just had to comment on this one! I just gave birth a few months ago and didn't find out the sex at all (until the very end)! My husband and I just believed (even before we were pregnant) that finding out the sex of your child is one of the last few genuine surprises left on this earth. So much in our lives is predictable.cheap prom dresses
