Parisian wedges

Jordan posted about these peep-toe wedge sandals this week, and I haven't been able to stop thinking about them. Since you walk everywhere in New York, I usually wear sneakers or flats, but wedges make your legs look longer, your silhouette slimmer, and your posture somehow straighter (don't you always seem to walk more gracefully in heels?). I ordered the green pair and am looking forward to a more feminine spring:) Thanks, Jordan!

Makes all the difference to have a little height, but the wedge keeps one from tottering around.

i was never a heels person but i started wearing wedges a couple years ago and love them. you get all the height of heels but a lot more comfort! i have some wedge boots that are probably more comfortable than some of my flats. i am still working through last year's wedge sandals so i can't justify a new wedge this summer, but these would definitely be the top of my list if i were looking.
they're so pretty and i bet you'll look great in them.

And thank goodness for wedges - I love the height of heels, but I have high arches and heels never really feel very comfortable. The support that wedges give is parfait! So much more manageable and totally wearable on a daily basis!

  58. Is nobody going to question the idea that these shoes would give you better posture?! Come on! They may well make you stick your bum out, and your bust. That might look "sexy" but it certainly isn't good posture. And I very often see women in really high shoes walking in a very inelegant way.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Love the shoes, but can you call them "Parisian" wedges if you have to buy them at Nordstrom?! :)

    ReplyDelete
  60. Loving these too! I got some similar to these that were black when I went to France 16 years ago. I got rid of them in a move about 8 years ago and I am definitely kicking myself for doing that!

  64. A car can not get started without a
MF car battery, meanwhile other accessories such as the loud speaker is also not able to play songs at all without power supply. They all need the
tubular battery to supply the power. No one wants to think of the moment when they many have to deal with jump-starting asealed lead acid battery, but we all know it can happen some time. If the battery won’t start the car, in general you refer to it as “dead”, even though that’s not technically correct. How should you judge a
VRLA gel battery is “dead”? golf cart batteries that’s merely discharged – from leaving your headlights on of from a damaged alternator – can be recharged to its full capacity. But if a traction battery is at the end of its service life, it can’t be recharged enough to restore it to a useful power level. Then we can say that it truly is dead and must be replaced in time.
