Heart elbow patches

How sweet are these heart elbow patches? The steps to make them don't actually look that hard! I'm the least crafty person ever, but I'd love to try it. They would make the most basic sweater instantly adorable.

Needle felting is really fun! I highly recommend it! It's nice to see a modern take on it too, so much needle felted apparel is rather old lady-ish.

  37. I did this last weekend from that tutorial. It was really easy and the sweater looks adorable. My advice is to not fill the cookie cutter too full, or the patch is easy to peel off. The good news is that there are no holes in the sweater, so you can just peel it off and try again!

  45. Hey I've made these: http://tomandemma.wordpress.com/2011/11/15/my-hipster-elbows/

My advice would be to use a leather fabric or something that won't pill in the wash. And also get someone else to mark your elbow spot because I did a bad job of that!
