I really want to have a go at needle felting now! It looks so easy and good fun.
Wearing these would make me happy.
As somewhere who is wearing a blazer with elbow patches right now, I'm in love with this idea. And how apropos for Vday!
What a lovely twist on an old professor-ish idea! I love men's wear inspired clothing, and I think this would be an awesome contrast in my wardrobe! Thanks!
Needle felting is really fun! I highly recommend it! It's nice to see a modern take on it too, so much needle felted apparel is rather old lady-ish.
love this!! i am going to have to try it xo
I have the perfect sweater to do that to, but I too do not have a crafty gene in my body!
I love this! Such a cute idea :)teaandbubbly.blogspot.com

The other day I sewed a heart patch over a tiny hole in my daughter's long-sleeved tee. It looks really cute! I want to sew them on everything.
want so bad!
this is so cute! i love the idea :)http://highprofilehighexpectations.blogspot.com
super cute idea. I love elbow patches, and hearts make everything happier :)
those are so darling!
Just made some shortbread cookies that would go perfectly with this sweater!http://becauseofmadalene.blogspot.com/2012/02/shortbread-heart-cookies.htmlxo,Christina
I did this last weekend from that tutorial. It was really easy and the sweater looks adorable. My advice is to not fill the cookie cutter too full, or the patch is easy to peel off. The good news is that there are no holes in the sweater, so you can just peel it off and try again!
I just joined pinterest and saw these! Fell in love :)
oh my gosh sooooo cute.-meg mysideispinker.blogspot.com
I totally want to DIY this!!http://fashionistanygirl.blogspot.com/
I just bought something with elbow patches on it for the first time (a cardigan) and I have to say they're pretty fun! It's just this little extra special touch to an outfit.
That is brilliant ! Now i have to think which sweaters 'need' patches or a make-over :) .I'm really thinking of adding this to all the kids jackets for a V-day surprise :)Wouldn't be cool if they put on their jackets at the same time and notice a little hearts!!?? Priceless photos shoot ....and I have 4 potential kiddos for this lovely surprise ...
I love hearts in general! My next DIY for sure!
these are so cute-might have to try and get creative!
Such a neat idea!
Hey I've made these: http://tomandemma.wordpress.com/2011/11/15/my-hipster-elbows/My advice would be to use a leather fabric or something that won't pill in the wash. And also get someone else to mark your elbow spot because I did a bad job of that!
I'd love these! Glasses are the bomb!
Great idea... I recently did some of these for my boring and drab sweaters and what a difference it makes :Please visit my blogwww.stylishlymebytaryn.blogspot.com
Elbow patches seem to be all the rage lately! I especially love these ones that you have featured... very cute indeed! Megan @ Storybook Love Affair
