What are you doing this weekend? Alex and I are taking Toby to ride a miniature train and then going to a romantic dinner on Saturday night (no babies allowed:) I've already perused the menu and am going to get the lamb meatballs! ReplyDeleteI totally know what you mean about those awesome work clothes. My work environment is very relaxed and there isn't a real dress code at all. My "regular" clothes are even a tad dressier than my coworker's wardrobes. While it is nice to be able to just throw on an outfit and come into work, sometimes I'm jealous of a more corporate environment and their fancy pants outfits.

I know that Alex is thirteen years older than you, which I thought was a lot until I started seeing someone who is ten years older than I am and we have no problem with it! He is a great guy and we have so much in common intellectually which means a lot. But, my friends have been skeptical and I cannot imagine talking to my parents about it! What do you think? How do you/did you go about it with your relationship with Alex?
