My sister's friends Becky and Danny made this amazing save-the-date video for their wedding. It was inspired by the final scene of The Graduate. Aren't they geniuses?! I love their faces at the end.
(I posted this four years ago, but wanted to repost because it's so awesome.)

Oh my goodness, that is such a brilliant and totally creative video:) Love. xo
ReplyDeleteI love it! So sweet and beautiful. I love Becky running around in that wedding dress! My husband made our save the date video last year, he works in animation, and I remember being so stressed out about what to do, what to shoot, what to wear. In the end we made a really great video focusing on our favorite place in NYC, Brooklyn. We live here, we were getting married here and we wanted to show off our fabulous borough! Becky's and Danny's was very touching and creative!
ReplyDeleteUhm...wow...totally awesome!!! Got chills as I was laughing out loud!! Oh to be that clever...;)
ReplyDeleteThat's a brilliant idea! :-)

Love the movie but as exciting as the scene was, didn't it somewhat end in regret, confusion, anxiety, etc.? Dont' know if I'd want this for my Save the Date!

ReplyDeleteThis just so adorable! I like the veil a lot too.
ReplyDeleteI remember this! Thanks for posting it again. The best save the date I saw recently was a video from a couple I met at a wedding who spoofed a bunch of iconic Chicagoland commercials from the 80s. So funny!
