Elizabeth Street iPad app

Have you heard of the new iPad app Elizabeth Street? I'm excited about it. Written by a group of super chic moms (designers, museum curators, etc.), the app is a travel and lifestyle guide to the cities of New York, Los Angeles, Paris, London and Milan (with more to come), where real moms share their favorite daily routines and feature restaurants, shops, activities and daytrips. I love that the stylish moms find things that are great for both parents and children, so the whole family has a good time.

I'm looking forward to using this when we travel, as well as here in New York. (I've already learned about the best black eyeliner and where you can pet goats and sheep at nearby farms.) Always amazing to get insider tips! Find the app here.

Sounds amazing...I'll definitely check it out. Even if you think know a city well (me=London) there's much more than you can ever hope to discover on your own.

Interesting app, and so practical. Love seeing where other moms are taking their kids for fun. They should expand it to Seattle and more cities.

I would especially love some insider advice about cities... beyond the usual suspects. There are a million different guides to, say, Paris or LA - but I find myself in cities like Lyon or Vancouver or Pittsburgh (for work or family), and I'd love an amazing guide to those places, you know?

Sounds great! I'm trying to plan a vacation somewhere suitable for a 10 month old and my husband and I. We want to go somewhere hot (we live in Toronto, Canada),affordable, and I think we need a kitchenette to heat up food etc. Any tips?

Yes, I too want to know the best eyeliner! I just got L'Oreal's Extra-Intense Liquid Pencil eyeliner in Carbon Black, and I really like it so far. It's smooth and super dark black.

Great app! I also subscribe to this well travelled and stylish Mum's blog: pintsizepilot.com She has a penchant for staying in only amazing places on a budget and has some how always made it to her exotic destinations with both her children in tact. Stylish, hard working, mum, with a travel itinerary...what could be better? I know it is the look I'm aiming for!

Kim said...

why would this be an app and not a website? I don't actually have an ipad, so no good for me. Wondering why someone would limit their audience...

Their is a website. I believe it is elizabethstreet.com.
Just went on it and think it is super chic.
