ReplyDeleteI remember Reese once being quoted in an interview as saying she hoped she and Ryan would be like Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward. Sort of bittersweet to see what happened, but glad she's found happiness again. Actually, maybe that's the lesson since we all have and remember old loves with poignancy?

ah, Diana. She really was such an incredibly beautiful woman, wasn't she? I remember what a bolt out of the blue she was. Love seeing photos from the early years, however quiet she was/hadn't found herself yet. It's so sad she died so young; I wish she'd lived to see her son's wedding.
