Oh my! Such beautiful images. Makes me want to move to the country and live 'the simple life' and bake all day long. Yummm... I'm also going to forward this to my brother who also has Crohns Disease and who has changed the way he cooks and eats.
Jo, just wanted to shout out that I think you are pretty rad to scour the internet to have something cool for me to look at when I roll into the office every morning here in Boulder. Fin little way to begin a day...APPRECIATED!
Thanks for sharing this, I have several people I will be sending this too that have similar dietary restrictions! I will simply oogle the beautiful pictures and recipes :D
So glad I found a new blog to obsess over! The photos are truly breath-taking... but it's Caitlin's words that have captured my heart! She obviously has a talent for language :) Even her vivid description of 'The Pear' is pure poetry.
Oh yes, I'm in love with them. They show so beautifully how you're perspective can change your world - no matter where you're standing (i.e. enjoy life and food with such dietary restrictions)...
Love, love this blog! Thanks for sharing. I don't have any diet restrictions but the styling is a great inspiration for an upcoming dinner party. NHG x
