Rad video

My sister just sent me this amazing video about London style! We should all dress like we live in the 1930s. (Also, did you notice how the guy disappears for a second in the 1940's when he goes off to war?)

  6. It's part of an advertising campaign to promote a new shopping centre in the East End of London, which in turn is opening to support the London Olympics!

I love all the clothes and I'm so excited about the Olympics!!!

I just wanted to add a plant tip here, because the comment list on that post is already sooo long and somehow my comments never seem to appear when I add to those :-( not sure why or what I'm doing wrong.

Plant tip: a really beautiful plant, which is easy to maintain and which doesn't need a lot of TLC or light is the Alocasia. It comes in different varieties and looks a little like a banana tree (which always die on me :-))

    Good luck!

  35. Yay for wonderfully creative advertising... I can watch this again and again- especially for the 1920's- 40's styles. And is it me, or does anyone else feel that the "sex sells" advertising is just lazy and wholly uncreative?
