Temporary tattoos!

These days, I'm smitten with all the clever tattoos out there, but I'm too wussy to get a permanent one. So I was THRILLED to discover tatt.ly, a new online shop offering awesome, designy temporary tattoos.

Which would you wear?

  42. I really like the watch tattoo...although I don't think I would ever get one of my own, even temporary hah..I don't know what it is. I really like them on other people, my boyfriend included, but don't think I could rock one.

  43. OMG AMAZING! Def the rabbit pipe (& my SO who never has the tattoo urge would absolutely want the carpe futurum.) Oh man, I want! XD

My son can have the mom one. ROTFL!

  44. Three things:
    1) The scribble is my fav.
    2) I am obsessed with henna because it is temporary but lasts longer and doesn't look like a sticker. One time, I got a henna cherry blossom on the top of my foot at an art festival and loved it so much I didn't want it to fade. So I got a REAL tattoo in its place, but with brown ink, so it still looks like henna.
    3) A guy I went to high school with has my favorite tat of all time. It's a heart with an empty banner so that he can sharpie-in whatever he's feeling the love for at the moment. Crazy kid!

  45. Nice idea! I would not make a permanent one but; I would try these for sure.

I feel like they've been swiping from your blog - the "type nerd" one is a copy of Jessica Hische's "type" tattoo that you featured here a long time ago, and the color wheel one sort of looks similar to a couple's tattoo that you also featured! I love them all, and hope someone is getting royalties off these!

Nothing "wussy" about it. Frankly, I think this whole tatoo craze is a bit disgusting. Have a little more respect for your body! Whenever I see all these young beauties with massive tattoos, I have to wonder what they'll look like and think about it once gravity innevitably takes its toll. Stick with the stickers for fun, leave the real ink for the nutters.

  68. Lol! That´s awesome!
I would definately wear the chromatic circle!
And I´d probably freak my mom out showing up back at home with those!
    Just loved it! =)
