Stop. I die. Too good!

Do we think that that's bread on the inside? Or is it a cookie??

That looks so tasty! Of course, now I'm thinking it's okay to add chocolate to a standard PB&J.

My sister makes a wicked peanut butter candy bar...tastes just like the tasty cake ones that my mom would put in my lunches as a kid...Yum!

Meee!! I love scooping peanut butter from the jar..then adding a little dollop of jelly..its like a little sandwich party in my mouth with out the bread..totally healthy ha!

jean goddard said...

I may try to make a version of this. I think maybe topping a shortbread cookie (a la Barefoot Contessa) with a layer of jam and peanut butter and then dipping or just "icing" with melted chocolate would work. Sounds yummy.

Never tried peanut butter... Here in Portugal we don't have that habit...I've always been curious about it!

Born of the Sea said...

ooh that is something totally different, I love it. I mean we have all heard of peanut butter and chocolate candy bars, but adding the jelly makes it so much yummier, I'm sure!

An interesting concept, but I'm betting it would be even better if there was a twist to it - maybe almond butter and orange marmalade covered in dark chocolate or something?

I wonder if that could fit into the diet?? So yummy!

Yummy. I wonder if these would be hard to make. The jelly would be hard to control! I suppose you could do each step separately and freeze the bars in between steps. Maybe I'll just buy them!
