Oh my gosh, I went to school in San Diego and we usedto make weekly trips to BJ's (the place that inspired this recipe) for pizookies! So excited to finally have a recipe and try it out myself! Thanks for sharing :)
Wow, that looks like one of the yummiest cookies I've ever seen! We make cookie bars at our house but never in individual portions or served with ice cream. Thanks for the tips!! Star Hughes Living
YUM!!!! Have you baked desserts in a jar? They are awesome. I have made pies, brownies, cookies, and cakes in them and they are great. Single serving sizes for everyone!! :) xoxo -linh http://la-lalinh.blogspot.com
Oh, wow. Get in my belly! Now I want to make some kind of ice cream sandwich for dessert. Only two days in, and there goes my summer of healthy eating.
Yes, went to BJ's Brewhouse (per request of father-in-law) when I found out I was preggers and at an entire pizzookie myself. That would be an entire deep dish cookie the size a personal pan pizza topped with ice cream! If I didn't look pregnant before that meal, I certainly did after! ;)
Recipe please!! Here's my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe (tho this deep dish could change my mind!): http://itisthelittlethingsinlife.blogspot.com/2011/06/best-damn-chocolate-chip-cookies-ever.html

You temptress, you! These deep dish cookies look to die for! And I love the bell bottoms too...takes me back to the day when after relentless begging and pleading, my mother finally broke down and bought me a pair of bright red denim hip-hugger bells in 1967. I was a dish in those pants!
