Guest Post: Krisatomic's illustrated summer faves
1. Outdoor dining--a picnic in a park, BBQ on a beach or dinner on a roof. Everything just seems to taste better outside!
2. The short but sweet season of my favorite flower--the peony.
3. My summer uniform (I live in the UK, so admittedly summer isn't always hot hot hot). My goal this summer is to break in my Swedish Hasbeens, because they're the perfect summer shoe, but my feet just haven't got the memo yet.
What are your favorite things about summer?

Really really cute illustrations. Was just wondering around her shop. Love everything. Maybe one day when my budget will allow I'll buy myself something pretty ;-).
The beach! That's my favorite thing and of course, all the fresh fruits and veggies we buy from a farmer by our house. Life is good in the summer! ;-)

I am with you with the peonies - they are my favourite flowers too and ones I used for my wedding bouquet!
I want to live in these lush, lovely illustrations! And about summer, there are just so many things to love: picnics (especially beach or lake-side), drippy ice cream cones, ripe tomato-ed BLTs, outdoor summer concerts, and driving with the windows down.

So Colourful Jo, i love them all xxx
my favorite thing about summer is, seriously, the smell of sunblock right before going for a swim. Sunblock reminds me of my daughter...so many memories are associated with that hahaha. I know its silly! I live in Houston so the only remedy for humidity is going swimming! So all summer we end up smelling like sunblock! I love it!

Goodness, there is a great deal of effective info above!
It won't truly have effect, I suppose so.
I just love summer, specially if we are talking about vintage styles, have you ever written something about that? I would love to read it too.
