My lovelies, what are you up to this weekend? Alex and I are having a couple friends over for games and cocktails, and Toby is thisclose to crawling and practicing non-stop! It's really cute to watch, although every two seconds he does a giant face plant. Hope you have a wonderful weekend, and here are a few great posts from around the web...The yummiest New Year's Resolution? Bake a cake every month!
A homemade board book.
Funny T-shirt for grown-ups.
Cute onesies.
Grapes + chocolate.
Fabulous wallpaper.
Future husbands, take note.
Mmmm, don't you wish we could beam ourselves here?
Wow, this antique ring looks like a fancier version of my engagement ring!
Have a good one, my darlings, and take gentle care of yourselves. xoxo

ReplyDeletehappy weekend! We are treating seven of our friends to a special French dinner, with the foie gras we brought back from Paris! It's the fanciest dinner party I've ever planned: foie gras with tokay gelee, chestnut and sherry soup with truffle oil, braised rabbit in mustard sauce with roasted brussel sprout chiffonade (with wild mushrooms and shallots), and apple-walnut galettes. I have been running all over town to find the right ingredients and was grinding walnut paste at midnight last night, whew! A lot of work, but I am really looking forward to serving it all tomorrow night!
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend!!!
