Just what I need! Portable pie.
Breville is the bomb. I gifted myself with a panini press last year. It's like a fancy foreman grill, but who am I kidding.

Pie is like the easiest thing to make. Everyone thinks is so hard, but it's not. That's why Breville is so successful, probably, by feeding into the myth. I think I need to do a pie tutorial on my blog soon.

These are super easy to make and they are great christmas gifts. I made lots last year for thanskgiving and christmas. I cheated and used store-bought pie crust, but made the filling myself.

When someone comes up with something this genius, I think: "Why did I not come up with that?", but then I get over that thought really quickly and think, "Boy, am I glad someone did come up with [incredible invention], though!"

What a cool idea.

Aw, these are so adorable! Definitely want to borrow this idea -- I've done mini-pies, but the mason jar is next level.

there is an adorable new pie shop in Los Angeles, Simplethings Sandwich & Pie, that makes "cutie pies," mini pies in delicious flavors like salted caramel, peanut butter chocolate, and lemon meringue. A must for any pie fan!!
