ReplyDeleteIt is insane how perfect these gifts are for my little brother who is in the Naval Academy (sailor) getting a degree in aerospace engineering (so he can be an astronaut) thus requiring him to study math all the time (probably including equations with pi) and also requiring him to travel all over the world (making good use of luggage).

These are hysterical! I'm intrigued by that Lego book. Love the luggage tag. I think with the pocket handkerchief, I wouldn't tell him it was blocking service. I would let him put it on vibrate and think he was still monitoring incoming calls. My ass.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to your lists every year! thanks again.
ReplyDeleteWow I love these! They fit my wannabe-hipster and aerospace engineer brother perfectly. Sidenote, I saw a dude wearing one of those beard hats while I was waiting for the train this afternoon. Love it. I'll be blogging about this tomorrow!

ReplyDeleteThank you internet (and Joanna), I will never doubt your gift guidance again.
I think your "hilarious younger brother who rides a yellow motorcycle & dressed as a bedbug for halloween" might be my boyfriend - thanks for the suggestions he's going to love the sailboat shirt : )
ReplyDeleteoh these are lovely ideas. although the beard kinda scares me. a wonderfully designed object none the less, but if saw someone wearing it in dark light i might jump! maybe that is a good thing! maybe that is the one!

Do you have any cool ideas for 3-fold wallets for hip young men? Can't seem to find anything that isn't too mature and professional or totally lame and over the top (immature). Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing a nice article.

I just adore the Viking beard hat! I'm planning on buying my brother one for his birthday. Seeing he is already obsessed with his own (real) beard, I'm sure it would make a great gift! Heather
