Oh. my. god. ADORABLE! Is your sitter just in love with him, or what? I nannied for the sweetest little boy for over a year, and when I had to start focusing on school, it was way too hard to leave his cuteness. Thankfully I get to see him several times a week - only not as the sitter anymore!
