Morse code necklaces

I'm in love with these Morse code necklaces! They spell out things like "Mom," "Friend," "Love," even your name. What a brilliant idea.

My dad taught us S.O.S! And I think of him when watching disaster/alien invasion movies because they always end up busting out Morse code to save the world.

  26. i feel like a morse code necklace is similar to something with chinese characters. you think it says "i love my mom" but it really says "i work for the russians. shoot me on sight"

  32. Joanna, have you ever read Extrememly Loud and Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer? It's set in New York so you would love it - and the little boy makes his mom a morse code necklace of the message his day leaves his mom before he dies.

    Joanna,
Thank you oh so much for sharing my necklaces on your fabulous blog!
SAM's comment makes me so happy, I LOVE Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close and often quote that character when I say "I'm inventing" I haven't read it since it came out and have been talking about rereading this year.
Amazing. I hope Foer is ok with it. Definitely a compliment from deep inside!
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Joanna!
    kisses,
    Beki
