Alex and I have a "date afternoon" today, and he's taking me on The Shark Boat, a hilarious boat that goes 45 miles per hour in the New York Harbor (you get splashed!). Ha! Hope you have (or had) a splendid time on The Beast!I had the pleasure of going when visiting my brother a while back. I then proceeded to get on a train to Philly soaking wet!! It was worth it though. :) (sort of)

My housemates and I start moving out this weekend. It's sad because we've had such a great year, but I also know that in a few weeks I'll be heading back to California (I now live in England), and i'm excited to go back home.

The tan lines totally made me giggle! I think I'm currently rocking the waterskiing look as the water bottle I carry on my back while running has a lifejacket quality. I also adore what you both did as wedding favors - so fun, and the picture of the two older women could totally be an advert for the glasses! PS - how awesome would it be if you could make your own and pick the shape??

I grew up in Maine and spent summers on the ocean. Definitely go to Bar Harbor- great local shops, hiking, boating, seafood and some of the friendliest people around. The Sunset Cruise on the Margret Todd is so fun and the Bar Harbor Inn is beyond dreamy.
