Mushroom crepe cake
Wow, this mushroom crepe cake would be impressive to bust out at a brunch. It looks so airy and delicious -- can't you almost taste it? If I were more ambitious in the kitchen (i.e., made anything other than omelettes and burrito bowls), I would give it a shot.

It looks too pretty to eat, and normally I wouldn't think "pretty" and "mushrooms" could even be in the same sentence.

Joanna, funny about the cravings. I craved hotdogs with EVERYTHING on them. I would hide behind the kitchen counter when I ate them and cried because I thought if my husband found me eating these nasty things with the toppings dripping down my chin, he wouldn't love me anymore. Pregnancy makes us do crazy things!
I want to know what a burrito bowl is, too!

I want! They have a crepe cake on Martha Stewart, a sweet version with layers of chocolate drizzled throughout. I would definitely try this one also!
haha, a burrito bowl is just everything in a burrito (rice, black beans, avocado, tomatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, sauteed onions, hot sauce) in a bowl without the burrito itself! :)
