Mushroom crepe cake

Wow, this mushroom crepe cake would be impressive to bust out at a brunch. It looks so airy and delicious -- can't you almost taste it? If I were more ambitious in the kitchen (i.e., made anything other than omelettes and burrito bowls), I would give it a shot.

  2. mmmm, yum! Should your posts be giving us clues to your cravings?!? I still havent tried the "ming makes cupcakes" that you recommended a couple of weeks ago, but I fully intend to. Saw you on the blog letsgorideabike today! So cute imagining you mommy-to-be-any-day riding around Manhattan on your bike, getting pregnancy catcalls! :)

  21. Am I the only person who doesn't like mushrooms?

    Joanna, funny about the cravings. I craved hotdogs with EVERYTHING on them. I would hide behind the kitchen counter when I ate them and cried because I thought if my husband found me eating these nasty things with the toppings dripping down my chin, he wouldn't love me anymore. Pregnancy makes us do crazy things!

  26. I want! They have a crepe cake on Martha Stewart, a sweet version with layers of chocolate drizzled throughout. I would definitely try this one also!

  27. haha, a burrito bowl is just everything in a burrito (rice, black beans, avocado, tomatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, sauteed onions, hot sauce) in a bowl without the burrito itself! :)
