Wedding dress + veil

I'm really drawn to simple weddings these days, so I'm loving Bryce and Stephanie's afternoon wedding in Michigan. Their dog Morty was the enthusiastic best man, and Stephanie carried a bunch of wildflowers. She found her beautiful dress at Loehmann's (Loehmann's!) for $55. And isn't it gorgeous how she tucked her veil under her bun? I don't think I've ever seen that before! So graceful and old-fashioned. xo

  10. Such a gorgeous bride!! I can't believe she was able to score her wedding gown for $55!! Just goes to show you one doesn't need tons of money to have tons of style. Looks like a charming wedding, I love their sweet dog running beside them, he made a very cute best man!

  11. wow, the dress is from Loehmann's?! i am in love. looking at all of these wedding photos makes me a) want to get married again (to the same man!) and b) start working in the wedding industry. i love that simple, personal, non- traditional weddings are becoming more popular. i've always hated the big box version of a wedding with huge expensive dresses and ceremonies. i'm almost shedding a tear looking at this couple, and i don't even know them!
