Wren + espadrilles

Wren's spring collection is light and lovely, and how amazing are those two-toned espadrilles?! After a little sleuthing, I found out that the shoes are by MYMU and inspired by the espadrilles that chic Argentine girls wear with everything from shorts to summer dresses. They're not available yet, but will be soon on MYMU's website and at Net-a-Porter in May.

  1. Love these looks! Such a breathe of fresh air! I went to the South of France for the first time this summer. "The ardeche" and everyone was sporting the espadrilles. I loved it My husband and I both got a pair for a few euros from a local market.

This place is on 19th and 8th, and they sell french textiles. They make their own handmade espadrilles! Super delightful and pretty cheap. Right in your neck of the woods.

  53. I have a confession to make. I only learned what "espadrilles" were last summer. Isn't that lame-o? One of my galpals and I were going out and she said, "Yea, I'm wearing a cute top, a jean skirt and espadrilles" I was like, "Espa-whats?" Lame. Lame. Lame.
