This is so true when you have a normal/stable life and you know you should be happy for what you have and are getting grumpy for small things...the times that you may have an excuse not to try to think happy is if you are really struggling financially or there's a loss in your family, or an illness or abuse and things like that...actually quite a few things... but when things are going well you should try your best!

    P.S. I got my hair cut into a pixie cut and I LOVE it- more women should try it:)
