Pizza cones

A new eatery just opened in Manhattan, and they sell pizza cones. Not sure what to think (weird? awesome?), but I think I'll ride my bike up there today and try one.

Update: I went up there for lunch and got a mushroom pizza cone. At $6.40, it was expensive and sort of grody. The dough was bland and there wasn't enough sauce. Still, it was funny to try! xo

  106. I love the idea of pizza cones, what a bummer that they don't taste as good as they sound. Next time I'm in Manhattan I may still have to check it out. . . Now I'm inspired to make calzones for dindin. I'm having so much fun exploring your blog for the first time!

    ReplyDelete
  107. Grody? Never heard or seen this word before. "Nasty, dirty, disgusting, foul, revolting, yucky, grotesque" Yum! Give me one!!! Seriously not sure about those cones. $6.40 for a rolled up slice? Are the ingredients organic? local? Or does one cone = two slices plus toppings? I guess that makes sense.

    ReplyDelete
  108. It looks interesting, but I'll take a slice over a cone any day.
