    I can now listen/watch streaming audio/video on new laptop. So I clicked on the 'worst voicemails ever' link. OH MY GOD. (I hate using all-caps but I was just yelling there.) I've had some weird calls/msgs in my day but that...as it played on I thought, no, someone is affecting a Jeff Goldblum-with-Canadian-accent, conducting a creepy experiment. Then I was reminded of the (less) creepy voice mails I've received over the years. Holy cow. No wonder I'm presently single. I'm terrified that someone seemingly regular-neurotic is going to Go Dmitri.


    Man.

  12. OMG those voicemails are hysterial and incredibly sad and offensive, all at once. I am sending them on to my girlfriends because they're too ridiculous not to share. I actually hear my colleagues snickering as I type this. THANK YOU!!!

    P.S. I love your mother's advice. I, too, can take things to heart sometimes and I have such high expectations of people (I'm a Virgo, it's practically ingrained) that I really need to learn to let it go. No one is perfect, including myself!

    Re: celebrity marriage -- John Cusack hands down. Cute, quirky, intelligent and reportedly a huge Clash fan. What's not to like?
