Wedding forecast

Since New York has had a record-breakingly rainy summer, I was mentally preparing for a stormy wedding weekend. But I am in love with this 10-day forecast. Weather, you can do it!

    Boston has been freezing and raining all summer (hah, if you could even call it that).

    So everyone was complaining.

    These past three days we have been having a heat wave, 95 and above all day and 85 and above all night.

    So everyone was complaining.

    BUT!!! I was happy! And I am glad that you get sunny weather and are happy about it too!!

  18. I got married in July and prior to our wedding it rained..and rained..and rained. Everyone told me, "It will be beautiful! You wait and see..." I secretly didn't believe them. Low and behold on our wedding day (and ONLY on that day) the sun shined, the weather was mild but warm and I had the most perfect, beautiful day ever. My gut tells me you can expect just the same ;)

    Congrats and enjoy every minute of it. It will be one of (if not..) the best day of your life!

    in the end, there was a storm in the morning that had me in tears, already mentally seeing my beautiful dress be covered in mud and dirt (Maltese rain is never very clean!), but in the end, it cleared out by the time the wedding came round and everything was perfect :)

  36. jo, i'm crossing my little fingers for you!! we are having our boy/girl shower this weekend, and for some reason it's been in the low-mid 80s. not typical for los angeles in august. whatever, i'm happy to take it!! i just hope that doesn't mean that it's going to be scorching in october (when we get married).

  52. My anniversary is October 28, and I was absolutely OBSESSED with the forecast before our wedding. Ended up with a crisp, sparkling, sunny day...was even able to have dahlias; the florist wasn't sure they'd still be around.
