I have an unhealthy love of jams. If I had it my way, my fridge would be full of all sorts of jam flavors and I would always have a choice as to what jam I can spread on my english muffins (or just plain eat out of the jar with a spoon.

And oh my goodness, there's cherry with honey and balsamic vinegar jam and peach with lavendar jam and fig with honey and cinnamon! I could die and go to jam heaven.

See . . . unhealthy love of jam . . .
