Matchstick bermuda shorts
Every summer, don't you find that you have one piece of comfy clothing that you keep coming back to? My go-to shorts this summer are these J. Crew matchstick bermudas. I hope Alex likes them because I pretty much wear them every day (including while I'm typing this).

i'm currently wearing my jcrew cargo shorts that i've sported for 3 summers now. i have 2 pairs and i even bought my sister a pair i love them so much. they're my go-to shorts. i told my husband, "i hope you like these, cause you're gonna be seeing a lot of them!" i think i'll cry when they wear out. pam
I bet they look fantastic on you, doll. My khaki J.Crew bermudas are getting a TON of use.
I love sarong-style skirts in the summer. So flowy and light.

I think my legs would look too pinny in those but I admire girls who can carry them off. I'm a Capri pants and scarf kind of girl. Think Audrey Hepburn on a bike style - without the bike.

two summers ago I cut a pair of skinny jeans to the knee. Now I'm really discovering how amazing jeans this length are! This jcrew pair looks great. I love the dark wash!
I love anything from JCrew. We don't have it in Canada/Vancouver but their website is amazing and they ship up here thankfully! Such cute shorts~ very stylish!

oh these are so my type! But i don't think they fit me good as here! unfortunately that short to the knee is not for my legs... shorter or longer is better to my body:)
Yep. Usually it's some sort of cotton skirt from AmAp and a white tank with flips. Paul says things like, "Oh, is that a new skirt?" every time I put it on, just to mess with me.

These are great -- and I love that you can wear them with pretty much anything. My go to this summer? gold flat sandals. I wear them pretty much every day!

I'm not a huge fan of shorts but I love my matchstick shorts...I have a pair from Club Monaco that I adore and wear them ALL the time.
I bought a pair of shorts from Zara last year but never got to wear them as I 'fell' pregnant. This year I'm wearing them every day - that is when I'm not wearing my emami dress (it helps that we're having a great summer!)
I think Alex would love you if you wore a trash bag. It would never look sexier;)

I just got a pair of similar berms from mango( a spanish label). Its uber comfy, i could almost live in it! :)
My younger sister bought a pair of Citizens denim bermuda shorts a few summers ago. I was smitten, I needed to have my own pair but was unable to find the same wash. I eventually gave in and bought a lighter wash that I wear during the day. Now in the summer heat at night I still wish she would give up her pair to me!

I am very guilty of wearing the same things over and over. My husband's gentle reminder is always something like "You like those shorts, huh?" with smirky grin. Hey, after 15 years, at least he notices! ; )
