Wedding dress

  3. That is sooooo cool...Remember the bubble dress? back in the late 80's.. I had one... except it was a dropped waist style... The shoes are fantastic... not conventional dress or shoes but that's what makes it so unique... she's a lucky gal..

  58. My dad made me a dress once when I was about 15. I wanted a certain dress and they didn't have it in my size, so he said, "Let's buy a pattern and I will make on just like it!" He had never done any sewing before as far as I know and he just worked it out and whipped it up! :) What is even more incongruous is that he was a an air force officer teaching at the Air War College!

  67. Sometimes I think about the people with talent that is hidden, and whose creations we are losing. I, personally, would love that in an occasion like this, someone very close to me made up my wedding dress. What better gift than that. Don't you think?
