  10. Close...but misses the mark. Shirt too baggy and doesn't compliment her cute figure. Scart tied too tightly up around her neck so instead of looking relaxed she looks like a turtle and a bit frumpy. Hands in pockets complicate the skirt's otherwise clean and adorable lines. Maybe a vintage Bakelite bracelet or something to add a dash of color? Again, like the concept... flats, cute tee, and an A-line skirt, but doesn't quite make it.
