I just finished cooking a big thai dinner for my Indian friends that live next door. I didn't cook Indian food, because... why compete with the experts? They'll notice each and every flaw. Leaving me sweating over my kitchen stove with weak knees as I cook.
We'll head to the parents' for Thanksgiving within the next few days.
It's a busy season. Typical I guess.
