Great news: Young designer Alison Lewis just launched a flirty, feminine new collection for Spring 2009. The lines are simple, but the clothes exude a sweet sexiness. (I'm dying to nab those shorts and pleated blouse. Don't you love that 1940's vibe?) I'm so happy this new talent is coming our way!

I love it....but there is no way my husband would EVER condone high wasted shorts ...they are horrid in his mind. Cute stuff though.

so pretty it makes me want to think one year ahead fashion world style and shop for spring! Thanks for introducing her. Those high waisted shorts are adorable, but every time I try to even tuck a blouse into my jeans or shorts, I feel like a geek and take it back out right away. On that model though, gorgeous.
