New Jersey Snapshots

Alex and I escaped from the city this weekend to relax at the Jersey shore. We stayed at this lovely B&B and swam in the ocean, read books on the porch and ate chicken sandwiches with fries. Alex body-surfed but I was a wuss about the waves and only went up to my knees. Overall, the beach was gorgeous and everyone was really friendly. We even met a dude with a pet parrot!

  26. Hot damn! Google Readers suggested this as a new feed, and I wandered on over only to see a recognizable Goddard face pop up. Either Lucy is in this post or you look amazingly alike -- we lived together at the Rochdale in New Haven.

    Hi Lucy!

  30. absolutely love the "i love my roommate" t shirt, you should definitely sell it on etsy, joanna! cute message, without being too lovey-dovey ewww (eg. "i love my boyfriend" doesn't sound as cute.)

and the photo with alex caught in the waves is perfect.
