Nakashima Chair

I am liking this chair very much. Designed in 1948 by Japanese designer George Nakashima, it was just re-released by Design Within Reach. See the grooves on the seat for comfy sitting!

  6. nakashima is so amazing. his life story interesting too. he was a prisoner in the Japanese interment camps here during WWII (even though he was an American of course).
