Stay-at-home girlfriend
The other morning, I was really sleepy and told Alex that I would like to be his stay-at-home girlfriend.
He asked me what I'd do, so I came up with a to-do list:
* think of party themes
* call him a lot to say hi during the day
* walk around the neighborhood to discover new shops and restaurants
* read lots of magazines so i'd be an interesting conversationalist
As a type-A personality, I'm sure that after a week I would miss my job and Lina and want to go back. But it seemed like a really nice idea when I was sleepy and smoochy in the morning.

Very cute, both the illustration and the idea of being a stay at home girlfriend, I like it though, my boyfriend wants me to be a stay at home girlfriend, but it actually just happens that I WORK at home, so it kinda works out :)
That's an adorable idea. But it sort of gets in the idea I was going to propose--me being a stay-at-home boyfriend:)

Love the idea. Love your to-do list. I'd add hang out at a coffee shop. I always see people lingering in my favorite coffee shop here in Brooklyn and think that might be nice.
I've just started working from home once a week and I know I could be a stay-at-home whatever for sure.
My list would definitely include reading your blog though, so maybe I should keep my job so I still have my laptop.

i always wanted to be a stay-at-home-girlfriend! now i'm a stay-at-home-mom and i friggin love it! after i go swimming today i'm going to make jam and then work on this weekends party decor. hang in there kid, you'll get your and you will love i!
